Bread Rolls or chicken stuffed bread rolls are simple and easy to make yet delicious to eat. Bread rolls can be vegetarian or meat stuffing. You can add ingredients of your own choice to these rolls. Bread Rolls are perfect for breakfast and snacks. You can also give it to your kids in a lunch box.


 INGREDIENTS

  1. Bread slices ---- 6-8 pieces
  2. Filling spices ----- 1 cup
  3. Cooking oil ----- for frying


Filling spices method:

  1. Boiled and mashed Potato ----- 2
  2. Salt ----- to taste
  3. Black Pepper (thickly chopped) ------ 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Green coriander (finely chopped) ---- 2 tablespoons
  5. Mint (finely chopped) ----- 1 tablespoon 
  6. Green Chilies (Finely Chopped) ------- 1-2 
  7. Roasted minced meat----- 1/4 kg (200grams)
  8. Crushed ginger, garlic ----- 1 teaspoon
  9. Red pepper ----- 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Turmeric powder ------ 1/4 teaspoon
  11. White cumin -------  1/2 teaspoon


 METHOD

  • First of all, soak the bread slices one by one in water for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Place a slice between the two hands and squeeze the water well.
  • Mix all the spices well in the potato and keep it in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • For roasted minced meat, put all the minced meat spices, cover it over medium heat, and cook till the water dries up.
  • Place a tablespoon of mashed potato stuffing or roasted minced meat in the middle of a double loaf of bread and squeeze it into a roll. Then refrigerate these stuffed rolls for half an hour.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and fry these bread rolls over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes till golden.
  • Delicious chicken stuffed bread rolls are ready to eat with ketchup or mint chatni.
