Mince Egg Rolls

Ingredients

1. Chicken mince      1/4 kg
2. Eggs                         4
3. Onions                    2
4. Ghee/oil as required
5. Salt to taste
6. Coriander              1/2 cup
7. Black Pepper                 2 tsp

Method

• Add salt and onion (cut) in the mince and put it in ghee, and fry. 
• Add a little water to cook mince. 
• When the mince is cooked, take it off. 
• Put ghee on a pan. 
• Add 1 tsp water and eggs in a bowl and beat until mix.
• Add salt to taste inside the eggs as well. 
• Now put the beaten eggs dough on a frying pan and spread them round like a spoonful of bread. 
• Remember that the stove should not be hot. 

• When the eggs are light golden, spread the minced meat on the egg and slowly start rolling it with a whip hand.
• Delicious mince egg rolls are ready
• Serve with sweet sauce or tomato sauce.

قیمہ  انڈے رول

اشیاء:

قیمہ 1 پاؤ

انڈے 4 عدد

پیاز آدھی گٹھی

گھی حسب ضرورت

نمک حسب ذائقہ

ہرادھنیا حسب پسند

کالی  مرچ ½ ٹی سپون

ترکیب:

قیمہ میں نمک اور پیاز کاٹ کر ڈالیں اور گھی میں ڈال کر سرخ کر لیں 

 تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر رکھ دیں تاکہ قیمہ گل کر نرم ہو جائےجب قیمہ گل جائےتو اتارلیں ۔

ایک توے پر گھی ڈالیں ۔انڈےتوڑ کر ایک پیالے میں  تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر اتنا پھینٹیں  کہ سفیدی وزردی یک جان ہو جائے۔

انڈوں کے اندر بھی حسب خواہش نمک  ملا لیں ۔

اب پھینٹے ہوئے انڈے کوتوے پر ڈال کر چمچےروٹی کی مانند گول پھیلا دیں ۔

یاد رکھیں  کہ چولہا تیز نہ ہو۔

جب انڈا ہلکا ہلکا سرخ ہونے لگے تو قیمے کو انڈے پر  پھیلا دیں اور آہستہ آہستہ چابک دستی سے انڈے کو رول کرنا شروع کر دیں۔

جب انڈے کی روٹی رول کی شکل میں لپٹ جائے تو ذراسےگھی سے مزید چپٹراتارلیں 

قیمہ کے انڈے کےلذیذ رول تیار ہیں ۔

میٹھی چٹنی یاٹماٹروں کی چٹنی کے ساتھ استعمال کریں بےحد لذیذ رول ہوتے ہیں۔
