Muffin Recipes
Muffins are sweet bakery items like cakes and cupcakes. So muffins are the favorite of everyone. In addition, diet control, people sometimes eat a small muffin for dessert. It is easier to make them a muffin instead of a big creamy cake.
Just as cakes are
made from different ingredients like fruit and chocolate, they are also made
from different fruits and chocolates. Making muffins at home is also very easy. Here I will share 6 different types of muffin recipes. These muffin recipes are for all of you who are
keen to learn baking.
Chocolate chip muffin
Ingredients
Flour – 1 ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Milk – ½ cup
Vegetable oil – 1/4 cup
Egg – 1
Chocolate Chip – ½ cup
Walnuts – ½ cup
Method
- Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Then add milk, oil, and egg and stir till it becomes combined.
- Now add chocolate chips and walnuts and bake at 400 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Chocolate chip muffin is ready to serve.
Cappuccino Muffin
Ingredients
Flour – 2 cups
Sugar – ¾ cup
Baking Powder – 2 ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon Powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Milk – 1 cup
Coffee Powder - 2 tablespoons
Butter – ½ cup (melted)
Egg – 1
Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
Chocolate Chip – ¾ cup
Chocolate – 1 cup (chopped)
Method
- In a bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and mix.
- Separately, dissolve coffee powder in milk and also add butter, egg, and vanilla essence.
- Then mix both flour and coffee mixes; when combined, add chocolate chips and fold.
- Now bake the prepared batter in a muffin mold in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 17 to 20 minutes.
- Finally, melt the chocolate and sprinkle on the prepared muffins and serve chilled.

Banana Chocolate Muffin
Muffins 12
Ingredients
Flour – 5 ounces
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda – 1 teaspoon
Bananas mashed – 3
Salt – ¼ teaspoon
Castor Sugar – 4 ounces
Eggs – 2
Oil – 3 ounces
Water – 3 ounces
Chocolate – 3 Ounces (Chopped)
Method
- In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add salt and castor sugar and mix.
- Mix bananas, eggs, oil, and water in a separate jug.
- Fold this mixture into the dry flour mixture to combine well.
- Then fold in the chocolate.
- Now put the paper case in the molds of the muffins.
- Then pour the prepared batter into muffin molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. (180 ° C) for 30 minutes.
- Delicious banana chocolate muffins are ready to serve.
Mango Muffin
Ingredients
Mango (chopped) – 1 cup
Flour – 2 ½ cups
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Egg – 1
Sugar – ½ cup
Butter - 90 grams,
Cream – ½ cup
Milk – ½ cup
Topping
Mango – ½ cup
Cream – 2 tablespoons
Powdered Sugar – 1 ¼ tablespoon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- To make the topping: Mix all the topping ingredients with an electric machine to make a paste.
- You can also add chocolate powder to the mixture.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add sugar and mix well with a spoon.
- Add egg, cream, milk, and butter to the dry mixture and mix.
- When everything is well mixed, add mango and fold.
- Sprinkle dry flour over the greased molds and pour the mixture into the mold with a spoon's help and bake for 20 minutes.
- When the muffins are ready, put the topping on the muffins with a spoon and serve.
Apple cheddar muffin
Ingredients
For Apple Sauce:
Apples – 3 (peeled and grated)
Water – 2 cups
Brown sugar – 2 tablespoons
White sugar – 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon – 2 pieces
For muffins:
Flour – 1 ½ cup
Sugar – ¼ cup
Apple sauce – 1 cup (already prepared)
Oil – ¼ cup
Buttermilk – ½ cup
Egg – 1
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon Powder – ½ teaspoon
Cheddar cheese – ¾ cup
Method
- For Apple Sauce: In a saucepan, add apples, water, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, and cook until the water is dry.
- For muffins: In a bowl, sift the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon powder.
- Now add apple sauce, oil, buttermilk, egg, and cheddar cheese one by one and mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Be careful not to use an electric (or hand) beater to mix it.
- Grease and line the muffin tray.
- Now put liner on it, put batter, and bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.
- Muffins are ready to serve.
Banana and Raisin Muffins
Ingredients
Banana – 3 (peel and mash)
Eggs – 7
Flour – 280 grams
Yellow raisins – 80 grams
Oat flour – 20 grams
Sugar – 280 grams
Baking powder – 7 grams
Sodium Bicarbonate – 7 grams
Oil – 150 grams
Vanilla essence – few drops
Method
- Mix the mashed bananas and sugar in the form of cream.
- Add eggs one by one and mix well after each egg.
- Sift the flour, sodium bicarbonate, and baking powder together and then add it to the banana egg mixture as well as the raisin and vanilla essence.
- But do not fill the muffin mold more than two-thirds.
- Sprinkle oatmeal on the surface.
- Bake at 250 degrees Celsius
