Kitchen Tips | Tricks
I know most of us often look for great kitchen tips. I sometimes wonder how many kitchen tips and cooking hacks I have tried so far. I love using tips to do wonders in the kitchen. These tips are for everyone. I hope these tips will ease your worries.
Let me know if you already know some interesting kitchen tips. I will add it on later.
Fresh Vegetable Color Tip
If you want
to keep the natural color of the vegetables, then add a pinch of turmeric powder in hot oil before
adding vegetables.
Steam the beetroot for just 15 minutes to retain
it's color and flavor.
Roast Chicken Tip
To the roast chicken, do not keep it for a long time
after filling the spices (marinating), otherwise, it will lose its freshness and
the germs get a chance to flourish.
Butter Storage Tip
Salted butter can be stored in the freezer for up
to 6 months, while plain butter is
stored for only 3 months.
Sugar Syrup Tip
Put three cups of sugar in an empty bottle and pour a little warm water into it. The sugar will dissolve and become syrup. Now carefully cover the bottle and keep it in the fridge. In case of guests' sudden
arrival, you can prepare syrup, squash, or squash from the same syrup.
Cake Freezing Tip
Before
freezing a large cake, make a slice
of it, and place butter papers between each slice. Then fold the cake together
and place it in the freezer. This way, you can take out the slices as needed
instead of the whole cake and serve.
Honey Tip
Use a steel
spoon dipped in hot water, the honey or the syrup will not stick to the spoon.
If you
notice that honey discolored or has faded, heat it in the
microwave for 30 seconds, and it will become clear again.
Onion Fry Tip
For Pulao and Biryani, when you fry the onion flakes, sprinkle a little sugar in

Curry Thickening Tip
If the curry remains thin, add an almond paste of 5-6 almonds. The curry
thickens.
Cheese Tip
To soften
hard cheese, put salt in warm water
for a while and add cheese.
If the cheese is to be preserved for a longer
period of time, wrap it in a damp muslin cloth with salt around it, and wash it
when needed.
Cooking Smell Tip
To avoid the
cabbage smell spread during cooking,
put a piece of bread in the pan, smell
will not spread.
Peels Tip
Don't waste apple, cucumber, and peach peels.
Grinding them together with fresh coriander,
green chilies, ginger, coconut, salt, and sugar make a
delicious and nutritious sauce. It
can be prepared by adding yogurt to
it.
Burnt Handi or Masala Tip
If even a
little spice is burnt due to carelessness,
the whole curry tastes bad. In this
case, transfer the remaining spices to a clean saucepan and then add one
teaspoon of Peanut Butter per cup of
gravy. Cook again; the curry will not taste burnt.
Raw Fruit Tip
Place any raw fruit, such as mango, in a paper bag with an apple
overnight. The ethylene gas
released from the apple will cook the raw fruit overnight.
Leftover Rice Tip
If boiled rice is leftover, make a
pudding with a little crushed cinnamon, butter, sugar, and milk to it.
Soup Tips
If you want
to make yakhni or soup in large quantity, then put it in
small and big plastic utensils and freeze them.
When making soup, if you put a few bars of ice in the pan, all the fat will come together on top of the soup and this way, you will be able to easily get all the fat out with a spoon.
If there is too much salt in the soup, add raw potato or apple slice and cook on low heat for 10 minutes, the effect of salt will be significantly reduced. Later, remove the piece from the soup.
In addition,
if you add a tablespoon of sugar to the soup
and cook it, the bitterness of the
salt is removed.
Brown Sugar Tips
When lumps appear
in brown, put fresh bread or a slice of apple in the jar. The lumps will not
form.
Digestion Tip
To speed up
the digestion of mutton, marinate it in lemon juice, pineapple juice,
tomato or spaghetti two hours before cooking
it.
Kebabs Tip
Whenever you
fry something like kebabs, heat the frying pan before adding oil, and then add

If you add a
tablespoon of sugar to the almond

Cutting Tip

You can also
use apple juice instead of oil when
making dough for baking.
Black/ white lentils Tip
Most white
or black lentils do not soften well after cooking for a long time. If boiling
hot milk is added to the cooked lentils, they will soften quickly.
Frozen Meat Tip
To
melt the frozen meat, run it under cold water with more salt. This will melt
the ice of the meat and clear the blood accumulated in it, and its color
will not change.
