Cheese Cake Recipe
Prep Time: 20 mins
Bake & Set Time: 50 mins
Total time: 1 hrs 10 mins
Serving: 5 people
Ingredients:-
- Flour (maida) 6 ounces ( 1 &1/2 cup)
- Cornflour 2 ounces
- Butter 4 ounces
- Egg yolk 4
- Sugar 5 ounces
- Cottage cheese 2 packet
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Orange juice 1
- Gelatin crystal 1 tbsp
- Peach jam 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 1 & 1/2 cup
Tools to Use:-
- Microwave oven
- Beater
- Mixing bowl
- Measuring cups/spoons
- Cake mold 8."
- Spatula
Method:-
- Put flour and cornflour, and butter in a bowl and mix it with your hand.
- Add egg yolks, little juice, and 2 tbsp of sugar. Make a fine dough and refrigerate it for 20 mins.
- Spread this dough(like pizza) in a cake mold and bake it for 20 mins in a pre-heat oven.
- Crush the cottage cheese, mix fresh cream, lemon juice, orange juice, and remaining sugar.
- Mix Gelatin in 4 tbsp water (put this utensil in hot water to make it fine) and then pour it into a cheese mixture.
- Now pour this batter into the cake mold, spread peach jam on cheese & cream batter.
- Keep the cake mold in the refrigerator to set it.
- Dish out in a big serving tray. Decorate it with strawberries on top.
- Delicious cheesecake is ready. Enjoy it with family. 😊
