Butter Chicken Recipe
Today I will share a quick and easy recipe for butter chicken.
Prep time: 20-25 minutes
Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes
Servings: 3-4 people
Ingredients:-
- Chicken..................... 1/2 kg
- Salt........................... as per taste
- Garlic Ginger paste.. 1 tbsp
- Onion......................... 2
- Tomato...................... 3-4
- Black-pepper.......... 1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper............. 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder... 1/2 teaspoon
- Fenugreek (methi) 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh cream........... 1/2 cup
- Lemon Juice........... 1 tbsp
- Butter....................... 2 tbsp
- Cooking oil.............. 2 tbsp
Method:-
- Wash chicken well.
- Put the raw chicken in a bowl and add salt, ginger, garlic paste, black pepper, lemon juice. Marinate it for half an hour.
- Cut onions in a frying pan, add 1/2 cup water and butter in it, and boil it for 5-10 minutes, then blend it.
- Make tomato paste.
- Add oil and ginger garlic paste in a frying pan and fry it for 2 minutes, then add marinated chicken and fry.
- Add tomato paste, red pepper, turmeric powder, blended onions, and cook it on low flame.
- When chicken is properly cooked, add fresh cream, butter, and Fenugreek (methi), and on low flame, cook it for 10 minutes. Butter chicken is ready to serve.
Presentation:-
Serve butter chicken with Paratha, naan, or garlic bread. Enjoy😊
