Beef double layered Burger (Restaurant Style(ڈبل ڈیکر برگر ریسٹورانٹ)


Ingredients :-

  1. Beef mince =200gms
  2. Chicken mince=200gms
  3. Salt= As per taste
  4. Garlic= 1 tablespoon 
  5. Ginger= 1 tablespoon 
  6. Black pepper= 1 tablespoon 
  7. White pepper= 1 tablespoon 
  8. Tomato paste= 2 tablespoon 
  9. Tomato ketchup= 2 tablespoon 
  10. Mustard paste= 1 tablespoon 
  11. Chinese salt= 1 teaspoon 
  12. Vinegar= 2 tablespoon 
  13. Soya sauce= 2 tablespoon 
  14. Butter= 2 tablespoon 
  15. Eggs= 2
  16. milk= 4 tablespoon 
  17. Breadcrumbs= 1 cup
  18. Bun= As required 
  19. Cooking oil= Frying
  20. Mayonnaise

Procedure :-

  • Put all these things in a bowl: garlic, black-pepper, white-pepper, tomato paste, tomato ketchup, mustard paste, Chinese salt, vinegar, soya sauce, butter, eggs, milk, and bread crumbs. Mix well and divide it into two halves.
  • Take chicken mince and mix half of the above-mixed masala.
  • Now take beef mince and mix the remaining masala.
  • Put both the mixtures separately into the fridge for two hours.
  • Now take out mixed masala from the fridge and make bun sized kebabs
  • Now again, put the kebabs in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Put 2 tablespoon oil into a frying pan and fry both the kebabs on low heat.

Presentation:-

Cut the bun into the middle and spread mayonnaise and 1 drop of mustard paste in 1 half. Now put beef kebab and spread cheese slice. Now put a layer of salad leaves and chicken kebab. Spread tomato ketchup on the other bun and bind both the buns together.
