Basic Cake recipe in English and Urdu(سادہ اور آسان کیک)

 

Ingredients:

1. Eggs 4 (8 ounces)

2. Sugar 1 cup (8 ounces)

3. Butter 1 cup ( 8 ounces)

4. flour(maida) 2 cups (8 ounces)

5. Baking powder 4 teaspoon

6. Vanilla essence 2 drops

7. Milk 2-3 tablespoon 

Method:-

• Pre-heat oven at 170°c.
• Take a bowl. Beat together sugar and butter, mix well. 
• Add 1 egg with 1 spoon of flour. 
• Add remaining eggs one by one with flour and keep mixing until a smooth, creamy mixture.
• Add 2 drops of vanilla essence.
• Add milk mix again.
• Put butter paper or oil in the cake bowl.
• Pour mixture in cake bowl in the pre-heat oven.
• Bake it for 35-40 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven.
• Take a tooth-pick to check if the cake is ready.
• If it comes out clear, then it's perfect.
• Take out from the oven and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
• Our basic cake is ready.
• Put the cake on a serving tray or plate and enjoy.

چینی ایک کپ

میدہ دو کپ

مکھن ایک کپ

بیکنگ پاؤڈر چار چاۓ کے چمچ

ونیلا ایسنس 2 سے 3 قطرے

دودھ حسب ضرورت

 

ترکیب۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

مکھن اور چینی کو خوب پھینٹ لیں۔

پھر انڈہ توڑ کے اس میں ڈالیں اور ساتھ ہی ایک چمچ میدہ شامل کر دیں۔

اس طرح باری باری تمام انڈے اور ایک چمچ میدہ شامل کرتے جائیں۔

 چند قطرے ونیلا ایسنس ڈالیں۔ اور بقایا میدہ ملا کر تھوڑا سا پھینٹیں کہ میدہ حل ہو جاۓ۔

ضروت ہو تو دودھ بھی شامل کر لیں۔

سانچے کو گھی لگا کرچکنا کر لیں اور کیک مکسچر اس میں ڈال دیں ۔

 پہلے سے گرم شدہ اوون میں 35 سے  40منٹ تک بیک کر لیں۔

تنکا ڈال کر دیکھیں اگر صاف نکلتا ہے تو کیک تیار ہے۔

اوون سے نکال کے 5 منٹ ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں اور پھر ٹرے میں

نکال کے سرو کریں۔ :(
