Banana Bread Recipe(کیلے کا بریڈ)

Ingredients:-
  1. Bananas mashed    3
  2. Oil                       1/2 half cup
  3. Eggs                    2
  4. Vanilla essence     1 tablespoon
  5. Flour                   1 & half cup
  6. Baking Powder   1 teaspoon
  7. Sugar                   1 cup
  8. Walnuts                1/2 cup
  9. Salt                      1/8 cup
Tools to use:-
  1. Microwave oven
  2. Fork
  3. Bowls
  4. Bread mold
  5. Measuring cups/spoon
  6. Spatula
  7. Beater
Method:-
  • Pre-heat oven at 165.
  • Add the mashed bananas, oils, eggs, and vanilla essence to a small bowl and mix them.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt to a separate bowl, mix until combine.
  • Now pour the wet mixture into the dry mix.
  • Mix both well with a soft hand(spatula).
  • Add walnuts of your choice and mix. 
  • Put butter paper inside the bread(or simply grease it with oil), mold, and pour the batter in it.
  • Bake for 55 minutes.
  • Insert a toothpick to check if the bread is ready.
  • Cool for about 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve.
Tips:-
  • Use dark ripened bananas.
  • Don't throw your old black bananas; use them.
  • Don't worry if you don't have black bananas; put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes and get them.
  • Mash bananas with a fork.
  • Use a non-stick bread mold or use butter paper inside it.
  • Take eggs at room temperature.
  • For soft bread, use oil instead of butter.
  • Don't over mix while mixing both batters. Do it gently.
  • Wrap the banana bread in a plastic bag to save it for many days.
